ఫ్రాన్స్‌లో ప్రధాని మోడీ పర్యటన కొనసాగుతోంది. పర్యటనలో భాగంగా బుధవారం దక్షిణ ఫ్రాన్స్‌లోని మార్సెయిల్‌కు చేరుకున్నారు. స్మశానవాటికలో ప్రపంచ యుద్ధాల సమయంలో విదేశీ భూములను రక్షించడంలో అంతిమ త్యాగం చేసిన భారతీయ సైనికుల జ్ఞాపకార్థం నిర్మించిన స్మశానవాటికలో ప్రధాని మోడీ నివాళులర్పించారు. అలాగే స్వాతంత్ర్య సమరయోధుడు సావర్కర్‌కు కూడా మోడీ నివాళులర్పించారు. మజార్గ్యూస్ యుద్ధ శ్మశానవాటికలో పుష్పగుచ్ఛం ఉంచి మోడీ నివాళులర్పించారు. మోడీతో పాటు ఫ్రాన్స్ అధ్యక్షుడు ఇమ్మాన్యుయేల్ మాక్రాన్‌ కూడా నివాళులర్పించారు.
ఇక పర్యటనలో భాగంగా మార్సెయిల్‌లో కొత్త కాన్సులేట్ జనరల్ ఆఫ్ ఇండియాను కూడా మోడీ ప్రారంభించారు. ఇక ఫ్రాన్స్ పర్యటన ముగించుకుని ప్రధాని మోడీ బుధవారం అమెరికాకు వెళ్లనున్నారు. ఈరోజు, రేపు అమెరికాలో పర్యటించనున్నారు. గురువారం అమెరికా అధ్యక్షుడు ట్రంప్‌తో భేటీకానున్నారు. రెండో దఫా అమెరికా అధ్యక్షుడిగా ట్రంప్ ప్రమాణస్వీకారం చేశాక.. మోడీ అమెరికాలో పర్యటించడం ఇదే తొలిసారి. ఇక ట్రంప్‌ను కలిసిన అతికొద్ది ప్రపంచ నాయకుల్లో మోడీ ఒకరు కావడం విశేషం.
మంగళవారం పారిస్‌లో ఏఐ సమ్మిట్ జరిగింది. ఈ సమ్మిట్‌కు ప్రధాని మోడీ అధ్యక్షత వహించారు. అంతేకాకుండా ఫ్రెంచ్ అధ్యక్షుడు ఇచ్చిన విందులో మోడీ పాల్గొన్నారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా అమెరికా ఉపాధ్యక్షుడు జేడీ వాన్స్ కుటుంబంతో కలిసి మోడీ ఫొటోలు దిగారు. అంతేకాకుండా ట్రంప్‌తో ఉన్న సంబంధాలు గురించి జ్ఞాపకం చేసుకున్నారు.
