తెలుగు నటి ట్విషా శర్మ మృతి కేసులో మరో కీలక పరిణామం చోటుచేసుకుంది. ఈ కేసులో ప్రధాన నిందితుడు, భర్త సమర్థ్ సింగ్ను తక్షణమే న్యాయ వృత్తి నుంచి బార్ కౌన్సిల్ ఆఫ్ ఇండియా (BCI) సస్పెండ్ చేసింది. ఈ కేసులో వరకట్న వేధింపులు, క్రూరత్వం తదితర ఆరోపణలపై ఇప్పటికే ఎఫ్ఐఆర్ నమోదు చేసినట్లు బార్ కౌన్సిల్ ఆఫ్ ఇండియా వెల్లడించింది. ఈ కేసులో నిందితుడైన న్యాయవాది దర్యాప్తునకు సహకరించడం లేదని పేర్కొంది.
న్యాయవాది సమర్థ్సింగ్పై ఆరోపణలు అత్యంత తీవ్రమైనవని బార్ కౌన్సిల్ తెలిపింది. ఈ ఘటన న్యాయవాద వృత్తి గౌరవం, ప్రజల్లో ఉన్న విశ్వాసాన్ని దెబ్బతీసేలా ఉందని ఆందోళన వ్యక్తం చేసింది. న్యాయవాదులు సమాజానికి ఆదర్శంగా ఉండాల్సిన సమయంలో ఇలాంటి ఆరోపణలు రావడం విచారకరమని పేర్కొంది.
ఇప్పటికే ట్విషా శర్మ కుటుంబ సభ్యులు భర్త సమర్థ్ సింగ్, అత్తమామలపై వరకట్న వేధింపులు, మానసిక హింస ఆరోపణలు చేస్తున్నారు. ఈ కేసులో దర్యాప్తు కొనసాగుతున్న నేపథ్యంలో బార్ కౌన్సిల్ చేసిన వ్యాఖ్యలు మరింత ప్రాధాన్యత సంతరించుకున్నాయి.
