RGV: టైగర్ ష్రాఫ్‌పై కాల్పులు జరిపిన వాళ్లు దొరికిపోయారని అంతా ఊపిరి పీల్చుకుంటున్న వేళ.. దర్శకుడు రామ్ గోపాల్ వర్మ తనదైన శైలిలో స్పందిస్తూ ఒక చేదు నిజాన్ని బయటపెట్టారు. షూటర్లు దొరికినంత మాత్రాన సంబరాలు చేసుకోవాల్సిన పనేం లేదని, అసలు విషయం అది కాదని ఆయన తేల్చిచెప్పారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ఆయన సోషల్ మీడియా వేదికగా ఒక సంచలన పోస్ట్ చేస్తూ.. క్రైమ్ నెట్‌వర్క్ ఎలా నడుస్తుందో వివరిస్తూ వర్మ కొన్ని కీలక విషయాలు పంచుకున్నారు. ఒక పెద్ద భవనాన్ని కట్టేటప్పుడు పనిచేసే కూలీలకు, ఆ ప్లాన్‌తో గానీ లేదా ఆ బిల్డింగ్ ఓనర్‌షిప్‌తో గానీ ఎలాంటి సంబంధం ఉండదు. వాళ్లు కేవలం కూలీ పనులకే పరిమితం. మాఫియా ప్రపంచంలో తుపాకీతో కాల్చే షూటర్ పరిస్థితి కూడా సరిగ్గా అంతేనని ఆర్జీవీ అన్నారు.
అక్కడ ట్రిగ్గర్ నొక్కేవాడికి పెద్దగా విలువ ఉండదు, ఇచ్చే పైసలు కూడా చాలా తక్కువే. వాడిని ఎప్పుడంటే అప్పుడు మార్చేయొచ్చు. కేవలం ఆ కాసేపు పని కోసమే వాడిని వాడుకుంటారు, పని ముగిశాక వాడితో అసలు పనే ఉండదు. తెరవెనుక ఉండి స్కెచ్ వేసే పెద్ద తలకాయలు ఎప్పుడూ సేఫ్‌గానే ఉంటాయని ఆయన చెప్పుకొచ్చారు. యుద్ధంలో రాజులు, సేనాపతులు స్వయంగా పోరాడరు.. కేవలం ఆర్డర్లు వేసి వెనక కూర్చుంటారు. ముందుండి పోరాడి చనిపోయేది, లేదా పట్టుబడేది అమాయక సైనికుడేనని ఆయన గుర్తుచేశారు. అండర్‌వరల్డ్ నడిచేది కూడా సరిగ్గా ఇలాంటి పద్ధతి మీదే. ఒకవేళ డాన్ స్వయంగా రంగంలోకి దిగితే అతడికే ముప్పు ఉంటుంది కాబట్టి, తమ పనుల కోసం ఇలాంటి అడ్డమైన వాళ్లను వాడుకుంటారని విశ్లేషించారు. ఒకరిద్దరు షూటర్లు జైలుపాలైనంత మాత్రాన పోలీసులకిదేమీ పెద్ద విజయం కాదని, అటు గ్యాంగ్‌లకు పెద్ద నష్టమూ ఉండదని ఆయన స్పష్టం చేశారు. ఒకడు పోతే ఇంకొకడు వస్తూనే ఉంటాడు తప్ప, అసలు నెట్‌వర్క్ ఎక్కడికీ పోదని.. అందుకే ఇప్పటికీ బాలీవుడ్‌ను ఆ భయం వెంటాడుతూనే ఉందని ఆయన తేల్చేశారు.

In the underworld , the person who actually pulls the trigger is the most replaceable, most disposable, and therefore the cheapest component of their entire ecosystem. And that is why the shooter is paid the least because his value is physical and temporary.. Once the specific job is done, his utility is gone .
The organisation does not depend on him to think, manage, negotiate , control and maintain .
They can be compared to construction labourers of a building because the labourers neither design nor own it. In the underworld, the shooter is the labourer. The people who assign the job and decide who lives and who dies are the architects and the ownersLikewise Kings and generals too do not fight wars. Soldiers do. The entire military system is engineered so that the decision makers , remain at a distance from the actual battle. A general issues orders to go fight and the soldier is the one who kills or is killed or captured
My intention is not to put the military and the underworld in the same category but it is to explain the obvious logic of power.
By separating the risk takers from the decision makers, the system can push in prolonged violence , without the ones at the top being destroyed. if the don himself had to carry out every killing, he too could die and so he uses the disposable shooters
